Stan Gray Creative Director

Stan holds a M.S. degree in architecture and urban design from Columbia University, a B.Arch in architecture and a B.S. in business administration from Mississippi State University.  His scholarly interests range widely in investigating the built and urban development. More specifically, he is interested in investigating a trans-disciplinary perspective on design while analyzing complex relationships between the urban interface, architecture, design, human health, and social interactions. Stan’s professional experience spans from architecture to urban design to urban real estate creative graphics.

Ping Cao Graphic Artist

Ping Cao graduated from Carnegie Mellon University with a Master of Fine Arts degree. Before she came to the United States, she worked at a prestigious Opera theater in Jiangsu Province for six years as director and actress. After fourteen years of experience in the professions of theater, film and video, earning awards for directing and performing, she left China to pursue her career in the United States. To continue applying her knowledge and experience in multimedia production, she has worked in the multimedia and web industry as a multimedia and web designer since 1999.

Polly Lankford Smith Graphic Artist
Polly holds a B.S. degree in psychology from San Diego State University and holds postgraduate certificates in digital media and graphic design at University of California, San Diego. She enjoys photography and has received recognition of her work including the 2004 Construction Photograph of the Year.  She does design, layout and presentation planning, and creates ads, brochures and photography for a variety of clients.  Last but not least, she has done graphic design, book design, and photography for Humane Exposures.  In this post, she is Associate Publisher and the Director of Art & Marketing for three award-winning books on homelessness and incarceration.  She also worked with the Humane Exposure Films’ team to create the 54-minute documentary It’s More Expensive to do Nothing.
